As I mentioned in my Broccoli City Festival review, I was given an opportunity to interview early 2000’s teen pop sensation JoJo for Unorthodox Tea Time, a Youtube show I co-host with my friend Cate Louie.Despite reaching record-breaking fame at a young age, JoJo was down-to-earth and humble, surprising considering her underrated talent. After her performance at Broccoli City she sat down with me briefly to talk about how she practices sustainability in her day-to-day life, who would headline a festival hand-selected by JoJo and when fans can expect her upcoming album.
